■ About Serial Code Issuance
A serial code will be issued for every 5,000 yen (excluding tax) of product purchase.
Purchases can be combined, but one email will be sent for each serial code.

■ Timing of Serial Code Email Delivery
An email with the serial code will be sent at around 1:00 p.m. on the next business day after the purchased items have been shipped.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), is to set forth the terms and conditions of the “ONSENSOU×MIYAVI Brand Ambassador Appointment Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) sponsored by VERUS Co. The purpose of this Campaign is to set forth the terms and conditions of the “ONSENSOU×MIYAVI-Brand Ambassador
Appointment Campaign” (the “Campaign”) sponsored by the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for the Campaign, and only apply if you agree to the terms and conditions. Please note that you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and
Conditions by submitting your entry during the “2. Entry Period” of this Campaign in accordance with “3. The Sponsor reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at its discretion without prior notice to the customer. 2. Application period

From Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 12:00 until Friday, January 31, 2025 at 23:59.
*The application period is subject to change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances.

3. 応募方法

応募有効期間にONSENSOU商品を税別5,000円(税込5,500円)以上のお買い上げごとに、応募シリアルコード１枚を配布致します。シリアルコードは応募に必要で、1回の応募につき1つのコードが必要になります。
One application serial code will be distributed for every ONSENSOU product purchase of 5,000 yen (tax not included) or more during the application validity period.

The serial code is required for application and one code is needed per application.Please fill out the application form on the campaign page and submit the required information.
Prizes and seating at the offline event will be determined at random from among all applications received during the campaign period.
Prizes and seating cannot be specified. Seating details will be provided to winners individually at a later date.

Multiple applications using different serial codes will not be invalidated.
Notes on application
① If you have set up your cell phone to receive emails from “@onsensou.jp”, please make sure to set your domain name in advance.
② All drawings using serial codes related to returned products will be invalid.
③ Once you have applied for the prize, you cannot withdraw your application. Inquiries regarding confirmation of receipt of applications will not be handled.
④ Prizes that have been awarded cannot be replaced, changed, or cancelled for any reason.

4. Eligibility requirements

Those who agree to these terms and conditions.
Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before applying for this campaign. Minors who enter the contest will be deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians.
If you are a minor, your parent or guardian will be deemed to have given his/her consent.
Entrants who are found by the Company to be offensive to public order and morals, fraudulent, or clearly commercial in nature will be excluded from the competition at the Company's discretion.

5. Election

Winners will be selected by a strict drawing.
Winners will be notified by e-mail.
Prizes will be shipped in mid-February 2025 or later. Please note, however, that there may be a delay due to unavoidable circumstances.
We will not be able to answer any questions regarding the prize drawings or prize winners.
Prizes will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of application.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of prizes after they are received.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of prizes due to customer's convenience.

6. Shipping

Shipping within Japan only.
No specific date or time requests for prize delivery.
Prizes will be shipped via a designated service provider.
We cannot respond to inquiries about shipping status.
If the winner's address is unclear, contact cannot be made, or if there are issues (incorrect address, long-term absence, etc.), the prize will be forfeited, and the win will be invalidated.
Winners for offline events will be contacted by email. Please ensure that your device is set to receive emails from "@onsensou.jp" in advance. Failure to confirm attendance by the deadline may result in disqualification.

7. Handling of personal information

Personal information (address, name, and e-mail address; the same below) obtained in the course of this campaign will be used only to confirm entries to this campaign, respond to inquiries, draw winners, send prizes to winners, and contact applicants to confirm their eligibility for this campaign. Personal information provided will be managed and used appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purposes stated above, with the consent of the entrants and winners themselves, or when disclosure is required by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. We may outsource a part of the work of handling personal information within the scope of the purposes stated above.

The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by system interruption, delay, discontinuation, loss of data, or unauthorized access to data due to communication line or computer failure.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any problems that may arise in connection with your application.

9. Other precautions

Applicants shall indemnify the Company for any damages incurred by the Company due to reasons attributable to the applicant in connection with the application for this campaign.
